Rakta Vati (Acheri)

Rakta Vati is an illness inflicting creature called an Acheri. It is unsure as to whether the Acheri originates from Native America or India, but because I love Indian garb I decided to just go with Indian.
She at one point was mistaken for the Hindu diety of Illness, Raktabati (Raktavati), which is where her name comes from. She chooses the form of a young girl, as it is less conspicuous than running around in her true form, which is marred by illness and disease. (Will draw a reference for later.) Her personality is best discribed as Yangire, as she can go from beeing a sweet seemingly Deredere type to a plague inflicting psycho in nothing flat. Her change however is not triggered by her love for someone, thusly taking the stereotype of Yandere away.
